The Willows at Summerlin
The Willows at Summerlin is a 731-acre residential village that offers a wide selection of housing options, including single- and multi-family homes, custom home neighborhoods and luxury apartments.
The village has been developed around The Willows Park that features lighted baseball and little league fields, a lighted basketball court, children's play area and The Willows Community Center. One of the park's most popular attractions is the resort-style swimming pool with a beach entrance, two water slides and fountains. The pool is open exclusively to Summerlin residents and their guests.
The Willows boasts two other parks: Willows Paseo Park, a linear park that connects the east and west sides of the village and that features four over-sized storybook sculptures from Aesop's Fables. A portion of the paseo park between Town Center Drive and Spotted Leaf Lane is restricted to use of residents living in Willow Creek, a private, guard-gated community. This portion of the park includes two lighted tennis courts, a half basketball court, children's play area and trails. Spotted Leaf Park is a 10-acre park that features two lighted tennis courts, two lighted soccer fields, a lighted baskeball court and a children's play area.
