The Vistas at Summerlin

Situated just west of the Western Beltway, The Vistas is the first village witin Summerlin's western region . This 815-acre village is a mixed-use residential village that includes single- and multi-family homes and luxury apartments. It is bordered on the west by Desert Foothills Drive and by Far Hills Avenue to the north.

The Vistas feature three parks owned and operated by the Summerlin Council. North Tower Park is almost 7 acres and is located on the northern edge of The Vistas. It features two children's play areas, picnic and barbecue areas and open play areas. South Tower Park is currently in the planning stages but is expected to include children's play areas, a spray basin, a picnic and barbecue area and an open play area. Both North Tower Park and South Tower Park will be anchored by 48-foot clock towers.

The Vistas Park is also in the planning stages and will be approximately 23 acres in size. It may include a community center, lighted football field, lighted softball fields, lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, a group picnic pavilion, children's play area, interactive water play area and restrooms.

A neighborhood shopping center with a grocery store and gas station is planned for the corner of Charleston Blvd. and Desert Foothills Drive.
