The Hills at Summerlin
Summerlin's first village, The Hills
, is an almost 400-acre residential village featuring single- and multi-family neighborhoods. It is known for its stunning double tree-lined streets that have set the standard for landscaping throughout Summerlin.
The Hills Park

The park also features two lighted tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, half-court basketball, spray fountains, picnic pavilions and ramadas and a children s playground. This active recreation center is owned, maintained, programmed and operated by the City of Las Vegas.
The Hills at Summerlin features the Howard Hughes Educational Park which consists of two public schools: William R. Lummis Elementary School
and Ernest A. Becker, Sr. Middle School
. The Hills is also home to the Milton I. Schwartz Hebrew Academy
, a private school for kindergarten through grade 8.
