The Crossing at Summerlin

The Crossing at Summerlin is the hub of Summerlin's current business and commercial activity and is home to the 115-acre Crossing Business Center that will ultimately accommodate approximately 1.2 million square feet of business facilities.

The 540-acre mixed-use village is bounded by Summerlin Parkway, Town Center Drive and Anasazi Drive and includes a variety of single- and multi-family neighborhoods as well as luxury apartments.

The Crossing is also home to the John W. Bonner Elementary School, a fire station and Summerlin Hospital Medical Center, a top-notch medical facility that includes almost 170 beds and has more than 1,100 physicians on staff.

Recreation in The Crossing is plentiful with two major parks. As home of the Summerlin Youth Soccer League, The Crossing Park features two full-size lighted soccer fields, play areas, pedestrian paths, picnic areas and restrooms. Oxford Park features a multi-purpose lighted sports field, an open play area, playgrouond equipment and restromms on 10 acres.
