Ridgebrook at Summerlin

Ridgebrook at Summerlin is a unique and intimate 100-acre mini-village located off Desert Inn Road and the Western Beltway. This intimate, 100-acre minivillage is also located off Desert Inn and the I-215 Beltway.

The small neighborhood features a six-acre park surrounded by four single-family neighborhoods. Ridgebrook Park has a lighted tennis court, basketball court, picnic pavilion, children's play area and interactive water play area.

The Judy and John L. Goolsby Elementary School will be located at the northern edge of the village and is expected to be open for the 2004-2005 school year.
